We were getting 20-30 spam calls daily, we spent more time trying to get off those auto calls, vs doing customer service. We are on the do not call list, hasn't helped. To keep costs down for our customers, and save us Spam Call time, we have decided to eliminate the phone service and go straight to e-mail. We will do our best to respond the same day we get an e-mail.  When you place an order you Will get a "your order has shipped" with a tracking # e-mai.

How do I place an order?

  • When you see an item you want to buy, enter the quantity you would like to order in the provided slot and press the "Add to Cart" button.  This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
  • After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, proceed to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart button at the top of the page.   You will then be redirected to the shopping cart page.
  • You will then be asked to give us your shipping information and to select your shipping method.
  • You will then be shown the total amount of your order, including applicable sales tax (Texas shipments only) and shipping charges.  If, at this point, you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart and your grand total, you may click the "Checkout Now" button .
  • After clicking the "Checkout Now" button, you will be prompted to enter your payment information.  This is achieved though a secure encrypted connection.  Once you have entered your payment information, click the button to proceed. Please, ONLY CLICK THIS BUTTON ONCE.  Allow up to 3 minutes for your credit card to be processed.  Do not click your back button at any time during this process.  If the web site does not show an order confirmation screen within 3 minutes, then please wait another 10 minutes for an e-mail receipt to be sent to you.  If you do not receive an e-mail receipt/confirmation, then please e-mail customerservice@accesstoaccessories.com.  Every once in a while, due to internet traffic and other reasons out of our control, an order will fail to fully process (that is extremely rare, and can occur during severe weather or high credit card processing traffic (holidays).  Please do not give up. AccessToAccessories.com has gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure compatibility with a large number of computer configurations and we pay for extra bandwidth to ensure our customers are not bounced or throttled.

Credit card processing happens in real time at AccessToAccessories.com.  When you place your order, your card is approved or declined immediately, just as it would be at a department store.

 

Are all of the items I see in stock?

All of the items you see on our web site should be in stock.  Should an item become temporarily out of stock, it will appear on your packing slip as being on backorder.  If this occurs, your backordered item will be shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock, with (of course) no further charge to you.  We can also contact you to see if you would like a replacement item, of equal value.

To fax an order, you may print out your shopping cart page which includes the your shipping charges.  Write your card number and expiration date on it before faxing to us - it's much safer and more secure for you, if you process the order through the website (your credit card info stays securely between you and our bank that way).

What is AccessToAccessories.com's return policy?

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by AccessToAccessories.com.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a prompt refund.  If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify customerservice@accesstoaccessories.com within 30 days of receipt.  A customer service representative will happily provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning any items.  When the item is returned, your credit card will be credited for the price of the returned items and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.  If the return is due to a manufacturing or AccessToAccessories.com error, the initial shipping will be returned as well.
